Zhu Ao took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oscar Drake, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Türkeş Akşit blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hannes Sandwall having to make a save. In a very dangerous position, a player in Andırın SK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 42nd minute. Penalty! After 44 minutes Andırın SK's goalkeeper Zhu Ao managed, with a little bit of luck, save Niles Andrews's penalty, on his right side after a tricky shot. When the match had gone on for 44 minutes, Niles Andrews took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Zhu Ao to make any attempt to save it.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Oscar Drake to make the kick off. Hannes Sandwall made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Türkeş Akşit sent off a good shot on target. The referee ignored Leicester Foxes Academy's protests and gave Wes Kitchen a yellow card for diving instead. Naci Tansu took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 79th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Hannes Sandwall. Leicester Foxes Academy's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Batıhan Saik in the 96th minute of play forced Leicester Foxes Academy's goalkeeper Hannes Sandwall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Andırın SK had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
