Babbis Aggeliadis scored 1-1 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Thomas Revheim, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Babbis Aggeliadis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 13 minutes into the match, POPODARA F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Babbis Aggeliadis came free, but Thomas Revheim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, Babbis Aggeliadis notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of POPODARA F.C's Thomas Revheim. Thomas Revheim was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience was convinced that Gard Bredesen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sverker Fanström was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. In the 19thth minute of the game Babbis Aggeliadis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but POPODARA F.C's Thomas Revheim was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Babbis Aggeliadis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Thomas Revheim made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Babbis Aggeliadis in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Babbis Aggeliadis really showed his touch with that goal: 4-2. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-2.

Sanderlend were awarded a corner in the 57th minute after POPODARA F.C's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luo Jun Feng took the corner. Luo Jun Feng made a great header on Sanderlend's corner, it was just that POPODARA F.C's Thomas Revheim managed to reach the ball for a save. Sverker Fanström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruperto Gonza in the 60th minute of play. If Babbis Aggeliadis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. Babbis Aggeliadis might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Thomas Revheim. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Babbis Aggeliadis ran back to his position shaking his head. Thomas Revheim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Babbis Aggeliadis, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. 84 minutes into the match, POPODARA F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Luo Jun Feng came free, but Thomas Revheim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ådne Svensen got free with Sverker Fanström in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 95th minute, Luo Jun Feng hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kristian Turøy missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 97 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Sverker Fanström right hand side. Many of POPODARA F.C's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. POPODARA F.C may have spent more time on the ball, but Sanderlend were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
