The supporters of Classe A Futebol Clube booed when Barrialito was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ciro Barros didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Diego Ribas got free with Nacho Chico in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nacho Chico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Ricciardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lewis Hamilton got a throw-in 16 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Pierre Gasly. Francesco Rosetta hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. 21 minutes into the match, Rosendo Natal notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Classe A Futebol Clube's Sérgio Perez. Sérgio Perez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 23 minutes into the match, Barrialito's goalkeeper Nacho Chico had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Diego Ribas. In the 29th minute Rosendo Natal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sérgio Perez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Classe A Futebol Clube's Paulinho Simão got a free kick in the 36th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rosendo Natal in the 37th minute of play forced Classe A Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Sérgio Perez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daniel Ricciardo might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nacho Chico. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Daniel Ricciardo ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 46th minute Daniel Ricciardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nacho Chico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rosendo Natal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Barrialito's zone, Daniel Ricciardo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nacho Chico came out of the goal and Daniel Ricciardo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 53 minutes into the match, Barrialito's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Ricciardo came free, but Nacho Chico reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Barrialito's goalkeeper Nacho Chico, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Classe A Futebol Clube were awarded a corner in the 57th minute after Barrialito's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Pierre Gasly took the corner. Nacho Chico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diego Ribas in the 60th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Barrialito's Ciro Barros slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Sérgio Perez. That made the score 2-2 after 67 minutes of play. Nacho Chico made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Ricciardo in the 77th minute of play. Daniel Ricciardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sérgio Perez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rosendo Natal in the 85th minute. If Diego Ribas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 90 played minutes Barrialito got a freekick which was hit by Adolfo Quirze. Daniel Ricciardo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Despite being the better team, Classe A Futebol Clube failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
