Di Han Guo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mirel Kuli's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Di Han Guo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 47th match minute, Lipa KS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teobald Karanewski to maneuver through the defense. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

In the 68th minute, Lipa KS's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Laércio Saldanha fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Slawomir Rutkowski kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Di Han Guo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mirel Kuli in the 73rd minute. 74 minutes had been played when some careless play by Lipa KS's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ryszard Dudzik was slow to take the kick. During this time ≈SΞVĺЯΔ FC™'s players had a chance to rest. Di Han Guo made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Agnaldo Araújo sent off a good shot on target. Attilio Di Loreto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 84th minute, Luizão Proença hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 85th minute, Teobald Karanewski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lipa KS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. José Paulo Romero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Attilio Di Loreto in the 89th minute of the match. José Paulo Romero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Attilio Di Loreto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
