Spectators: 149 (Terracing: 112, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Silvestre Cacheres started the match with the kick off. When the match had gone on for 3 minutes, Silvestre Cacheres put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Júlio Linares. In the 7th minute of the match, Silvestre Cacheres tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Júlio Linares saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Tage Backlund managed to get in a good position for a shot. Xiboquinha FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Tage Backlund was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Firmo Canosa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Guyu FC's zone, Tage Backlund stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Firmo Canosa came out of the goal and Tage Backlund tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Júlio Linares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donatello Cacheres in the 15th minute of play. In the 16th minute, Tage Backlund got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tage Backlund in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Firmo Canosa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by César Moraes in the 25th minute of play forced Guyu FC's goalkeeper Firmo Canosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Júlio Linares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvestre Cacheres in the 28th minute of play. Domenico Camino charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Domenico Camino the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Guyu FC's Domenico Camino got a free kick in the 34th minute. After having played for 35 minutes, Tage Backlund managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Xiboquinha FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tage Backlund was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Tage Backlund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Firmo Canosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tage Backlund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Garoa Flores during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Guyu FC's Garoa Flores got a free kick in the 40th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tage Backlund in the 40th minute of play forced Guyu FC's goalkeeper Firmo Canosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Firmo Canosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tage Backlund in the 42nd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Tage Backlund's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Firmo Canosa was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for César Moraes to strike the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Xiboquinha FC defense, Donatello Cacheres kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Júlio Linares. The Xiboquinha FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Júlio Linares should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tage Backlund in the 53rd minute of play forced Guyu FC's goalkeeper Firmo Canosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Júlio Linares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donatello Cacheres in the 55th minute of the match. César Moraes took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Firmo Canosa. Firmo Canosa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Tage Backlund's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 71stth minute, Firmo Canosa skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tage Backlund in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Firmo Canosa saved Guyu FC from getting behind. Xiboquinha FC were awarded a corner in the 74th minute after Guyu FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Santiago Ascacíbar took the corner. Guyu FC's Firmo Canosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santiago Ascacíbar in the 76th minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Yenal Kargin got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Firmo Canosa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Tage Backlund struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Firmo Canosa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Xiboquinha FC. Silvestre Cacheres scored 4-1 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Júlio Linares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tage Backlund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Guyu FC's Firmo Canosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santiago Ascacíbar in the 91st minute of play. Firmo Canosa was out of position in the 94 minute of play, and Santiago Ascacíbar capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Santiago Ascacíbar really showed his touch with that goal: 4-2.
