The crowd rose to their feet as Los Materos FC's Tincho Palermo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ionică Bădilescu. That made the score 0-3 after 71 minutes of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Braulio Milian got free with Ionică Bădilescu in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lazaros Kabantais took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristi Ciprian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to FC PIETROSUL -MM- getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Aurelian Odobescu hit a great ball. 87 minutes into the match, FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Tincho Palermo came free, but Ionică Bădilescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 89 minutes into the match, Tincho Palermo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ionică Bădilescu. FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tincho Palermo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Los Materos FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
