In the 2nd minute, one of Jakarta Wanderers FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Jakarta Wanderers FC. C.J. De la Sotta shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. HFA FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Angelino Oihan in the 7th minute. In the 11th minute Celestino Eli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leszek Laba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nadjib Aksan charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nadjib Aksan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Jakarta Wanderers FC getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Nadjib Aksan hit a great ball. 3-0 became the score in the 20th minute when Celestino Eli elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After 24 played minutes HFA FC got a freekick which was hit by Ivan Erdiano. HFA FC's Cleto Gonza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luke Skywalker in the 26th minute of play. In the 28th minute, Ivan Erdiano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Luis Urruti came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Jakarta Wanderers FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luis Urruti couldn't finish the play. Leszek Laba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celestino Eli in the 32nd minute of the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 36th minute of the game. One of Jakarta Wanderers FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of HFA FC:s goal. After having played for 42 minutes, Maximiliano Petrigai managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. HFA FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maximiliano Petrigai was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Celestino Eli might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leszek Laba. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Celestino Eli ran back to his position shaking his head. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Celestino Eli made a kick off. After having played for 52 minutes, Celestino Eli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. HFA FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Celestino Eli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Celestino Eli might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leszek Laba. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Celestino Eli ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 55th minute Celestino Eli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leszek Laba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nadjib Aksan hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celestino Eli in the 57th minute of play forced Jakarta Wanderers FC's goalkeeper Leszek Laba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After taking down the ball on HFA FC's corner Ivan Erdiano fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Leszek Laba quite easily take care of the ball. Leszek Laba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celestino Eli, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. 66 minutes into the game, Celestino Eli cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Leszek Laba was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celestino Eli in the 71st minute of play forced Jakarta Wanderers FC's goalkeeper Leszek Laba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 73 minutes into the match, Maximiliano Petrigai had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leszek Laba. Jakarta Wanderers FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Maximiliano Petrigai was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. If Maximiliano Petrigai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Jakarta Wanderers FC's zone, Maximiliano Petrigai stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leszek Laba came out of the goal and Maximiliano Petrigai tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Celestino Eli took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leszek Laba. Leszek Laba dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 9-0. When Jakob Rumangkit fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jakarta Wanderers FC's protests and gave Jakob Rumangkit a yellow card for diving instead. In the 88th match minute, Jakarta Wanderers FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jakob Rumangkit to maneuver through the defense. In the 91st minute, Celestino Eli ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leszek Laba was frozen by the shot and now it was 10-0. Leszek Laba didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Celestino Eli went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 11-0 was the resulting score. When the referee ended the match the HFA FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
