The Retumbante FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 10 minutes into the match, Jakarta Wanderers FC's goal looked a bit too open when José Paulo Mendonça came free, but Leszek Laba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 15th minute Kauã Mandrak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leszek Laba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kauã Mandrak scored 0-3 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leszek Laba, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jakarta Wanderers FC's Leszek Laba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by José Paulo Mendonça in the 18th minute of play. Retumbante FC's Belmiro Mello got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Leszek Laba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kauã Mandrak in the 21st minute of the match. In the 24th minute, Kauã Mandrak ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leszek Laba was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Leszek Laba came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Retumbante FC's Fabinho Bittencourt. But to his dismay, Fabinho Bittencourt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Luke Skywalker managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jakarta Wanderers FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Luke Skywalker was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Apat Reina breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 37 minutes into the match, José Paulo Mendonça had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leszek Laba. Jakarta Wanderers FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that José Paulo Mendonça was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. Leszek Laba came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Retumbante FC's Fabinho Bittencourt. But to his dismay, Fabinho Bittencourt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-7 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luis Urruti to make the kick off. If Belmiro Mello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Décio Antonio hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. In the 59th minute Kauã Mandrak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leszek Laba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leszek Laba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Décio Antonio, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. The supporters of Retumbante FC booed when Jakarta Wanderers FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jakob Rumangkit didn't get a good kick on the ball. 78 minutes into the match, Jakarta Wanderers FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kauã Mandrak came free, but Leszek Laba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 89th minute, Kuntet Arbi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Décio Antonio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Leszek Laba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Apat Reina showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luke Skywalker in the 94th minute of the match. Retumbante FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
