Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pars Kuray in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Janne Katt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 44th minute, Orozcos's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Daniel Törnblom fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

If Anthony Hopkins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sergio Goycochea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Törnblom, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. The supporters of Sonstorps Fotboll booed when Orozcos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Constantino Eneto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sonstorps Fotboll's Janne Katt proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Sonstorps Fotboll from getting a goal against them. In the 96th minute of the match, Pars Kuray got a very nice opportunity to score, but Janne Katt was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Orozcos eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
