One of Aurora FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of ⲨⲀⲚⲀ:s goal. Aurora FC:s Adilson das Neves showed great skill when he stopped Gustavo Furtado:s penalty. After a rather tough play, Aurora FC's Aníbal Pernambucano got a free kick in the 16th minute. The audience was convinced that Enzo Toro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Adilson das Neves was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Aurora FC's Zé Zanette got a free kick in the 42nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in ⲨⲀⲚⲀ's zone, Rune Myr stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Geronimo Abeijon came out of the goal and Rune Myr tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

In the 54th minute, Gonçalo Mattos made a precise shot to the right of Geronimo Abeijon. ⲨⲀⲚⲀ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Adilson das Neves made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eulalio Abilio in the 59th minute. Zé Zanette received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Geronimo Abeijon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 64 minutes of play, ⲨⲀⲚⲀ's Enzo Toro made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Adilson das Neves was left in no man's land by his defense there! Geronimo Abeijon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rune Myr, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adilson das Neves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enzo Toro, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. ⲨⲀⲚⲀ's Marco Roldan was substituted for Gustavo Berenguer. In the 73rd minute ⲨⲀⲚⲀ were awarded a corner. Gustavo Furtado went to the cornerflag to take it. Severino Manilan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adilson das Neves having to interfere. 79 minutes had been played when some careless play by Aurora FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gustavo Furtado was slow to take the kick. During this time ⲨⲀⲚⲀ's players had a chance to rest. With a little luck, Aurora FC's Adilson das Neves got control of the ball when Eulalio Abilio tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 83rd minute, Zé Zanette got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
