After 4 played minutes Cyprus Eagles AFC got a freekick which was hit by Vrasidas Rellis. AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jajat Mustari in the 6th minute. In the 10thth minute of the game Don Cabezon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cyprus Eagles AFC's Pavlos Fotiadis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Don Cabezon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pavlos Fotiadis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. In the 13th minute of the match AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC got a corner. Cyprus Eagles AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jajat Mustari ran over to the corner to take the kick. Iordache Barboni was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Apostolos Kazantzopoulos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dacian Nițescu having to interfere. Cyprus Eagles AFC's Pavlos Fotiadis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Don Cabezon in the 21st minute of play. Babbis Papoutsakis made in the 22nd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Markos Katselis. Pavlos Fotiadis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Don Cabezon, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. After some careless play in the Cyprus Eagles AFC defense, Don Cabezon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pavlos Fotiadis. The Cyprus Eagles AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pavlos Fotiadis should have stopped the shot. Don Cabezon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Pavlos Fotiadis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 31 minutes into the match, Cyprus Eagles AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Don Cabezon came free, but Pavlos Fotiadis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's Ryszard Owsiak managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Babbis Papoutsakis in the 38 minute of the game. In the 41stth minute of the game Don Cabezon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cyprus Eagles AFC's Pavlos Fotiadis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Apostolos Kazantzopoulos was the one to do the kick off. Dacian Nițescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Konstantinos Ikonomopoulos, who was totally free with the ball in the 50th minute. 54 minutes into the match, Cyprus Eagles AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Don Cabezon came free, but Pavlos Fotiadis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jajat Mustari in the 55th minute. A nice corner shot did that Jajat Mustari got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Pavlos Fotiadis quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With a little luck, Cyprus Eagles AFC's Pavlos Fotiadis got control of the ball when Don Cabezon tried to sneak it across the goal line. Konstantinos Ikonomopoulos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cyprus Eagles AFC's goalkeeper Pavlos Fotiadis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Don Cabezon's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Pavlos Fotiadis firmly grabbed it by the left post. Don Cabezon received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Pavlos Fotiadis came out and tried to block the shot, but Don Cabezon slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 73rd minute. AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC made a substitution. Samuel Mambru replaced Freddy Sazon. AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's Ardy Pakubuwono was substituted for Jajat Mustari. Ardy Pakubuwono's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Pavlos Fotiadis firmly grabbed it by the left post. Dewa Warauw succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-4 in the 78th playminute. 83 minutes into the match, Cyprus Eagles AFC's goalkeeper Pavlos Fotiadis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dewa Warauw. 86 minutes into the match, Dewa Warauw had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pavlos Fotiadis. Cyprus Eagles AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dewa Warauw was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. In the 90th minute, Dewa Warauw reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Pavlos Fotiadis. The goal made the score 0-6. Ardy Pakubuwono recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Cyprus Eagles AFC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
