Gong Jun Feng made an important save on a dangerous shot by Szilveszter Zarka in the 4th minute. Mirza Olgunsoy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orçun Yalınalp in the 6th minute of play. Gigel Horhoianu hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. In the 9th match minute, FC UNIREA Alba Iulia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilson Arósio to maneuver through the defense. Vince Santo took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gong Jun Feng. Gong Jun Feng dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Gong Jun Feng was a little too slow when Vince Santo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 18th minute. The score was now 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilson Arósio in the 21st minute of play forced SEFEROĞULLARI's goalkeeper Mirza Olgunsoy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. SEFEROĞULLARI's Vince Santo got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vince Santo got free with Gong Jun Feng in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 28th minute, Iulian Pietreanu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC UNIREA Alba Iulia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. 31 minutes into the match, FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's goal looked a bit too open when Vince Santo came free, but Gong Jun Feng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as SEFEROĞULLARI's Vince Santo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gong Jun Feng. That made the score 3-1 after 35 minutes of play. In the 39th minute, Vince Santo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 43 minutes into the game, Vince Santo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Gong Jun Feng was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Iulian Pietreanu was the one to do the kick off. Gong Jun Feng showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vince Santo, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. In the 60th minute, Vince Santo made a precise shot to the right of Gong Jun Feng. FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. Vince Santo took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gong Jun Feng. Gong Jun Feng dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. In the 69thth minute of the game Vince Santo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's Gong Jun Feng was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 70 minutes into the game, when Önder Cebi put in a rough tackle. SEFEROĞULLARI made a substitution. Berkem Bekata replaced Tao Ao Xing. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 70th minute of the game. One of SEFEROĞULLARI:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of FC UNIREA Alba Iulia:s goal. The goalkeeper, Mirza Olgunsoy, was totally fooled by FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's Wilson Arósio, who 73 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Gong Jun Feng took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Szilveszter Zarka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mirza Olgunsoy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iulian Pietreanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. If Müjdat Özcan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 86 minutes of play, FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's Iulian Pietreanu made it 6-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mirza Olgunsoy was left in no man's land by his defense there! Vince Santo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's Gong Jun Feng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vince Santo in the 95th minute of play. 96 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Szilveszter Zarka was slow to take the kick. During this time SEFEROĞULLARI's players had a chance to rest. The corner led SEFEROĞULLARI's Szilveszter Zarka to fire away a dangerous shot which Gong Jun Feng despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
