Silvinho Moraes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Feliberto Gonsalvo made a huge save. In the 19th match minute, C A U was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nazar Colombo to maneuver through the defense. Giovanni Corrêa's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Feliberto Gonsalvo firmly grabbed it by the left post. If Eliseo Hurko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 24 played minutes São Wilson got a freekick which was hit by Giovanni Corrêa. A collision led to C A U getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Alejo Eduino hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Silvinho Moraes got free with Feliberto Gonsalvo in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the São Wilson defense, Zachariasz Poteralski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Shi Feng Yun. The São Wilson fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Shi Feng Yun should have stopped the shot. In the 37th minute Osvaldinho Ósvaldsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feliberto Gonsalvo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alejo Eduino during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Alejo Eduino kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. After the first half C A U were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Zachariasz Poteralski made the kick off in the second half. Giovanni Corrêa kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. With a little luck, São Wilson's Shi Feng Yun got control of the ball when Leonides Domingues tried to sneak it across the goal line. C A U's Ceferino Hever was substituted for Leopoldo Senin. C A U made a substitution. Kağan Duro replaced Zachariasz Poteralski. 64 minutes had been played when some careless play by São Wilson's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Alejo Eduino was slow to take the kick. During this time C A U's players had a chance to rest. Feliberto Gonsalvo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvinho Moraes in the 68th minute of the match. In the 72nd minute, Silvinho Moraes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Feliberto Gonsalvo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Kağan Duro had several of the São Wilson's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 88 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-3 score and a disappointed Shi Feng Yun as he didn't even see the shot coming. Shi Feng Yun was a little too slow when Kağan Duro got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 94th minute. The score was now 1-4. The São Wilson manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing C A U to win.
