In the 6th match minute, SK Mons was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cesar Vrijdags to maneuver through the defense. In the 11th minute Trevor Eubank shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matvey Epanchin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 14th minute, SK Mons's Trevor Eubank ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Matvey Epanchin. Matvey Epanchin yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Filimon Nesterenko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 22 minutes into the match, Dynamite's goal looked a bit too open when Trevor Eubank came free, but Matvey Epanchin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 23 minutes Dynamite's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Steven Puttemans who took care of the corner kick. Jerom Smoors showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Efim Abramov in the 24th minute of the match. Jerom Smoors showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lev Meskhi, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mariusz Mierzejewski in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jerom Smoors saved SK Mons from getting behind. Steven Puttemans sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. SK Mons's Jerom Smoors played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lev Meskhi in the 34th minute of play. In the 36th minute Mariusz Mierzejewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jerom Smoors saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 37 minutes into the match, SK Mons's goal looked a bit too open when Filimon Nesterenko came free, but Jerom Smoors reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 44 played minutes Dynamite got a freekick which was hit by You Lang Zhi. SK Mons's Steven Puttemans shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 45th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Matvey Epanchin but with some difficulty. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mikhail Hromchenko stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jerom Smoors was out of position in the 51 minute of play, and Mikhail Hromchenko capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Mikhail Hromchenko really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Jerom Smoors made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Filimon Nesterenko sent off a good shot on target. In the 54th minute, Mikhail Hromchenko ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jerom Smoors was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. SK Mons's Jerom Smoors proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save SK Mons from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lev Meskhi in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jerom Smoors prevented the ball from getting in the gole. SK Mons's Tony Degraef was substituted for Bogumil Czapski. SK Mons's Luka Van Aken was substituted for Julien Pulix. 65 minutes had been played when some careless play by SK Mons's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Evgeniy Kobeko was slow to take the kick. During this time Dynamite's players had a chance to rest. 67 minutes into the match, SK Mons's goalkeeper Jerom Smoors had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mikhail Hromchenko. In the 73rd minute, Aleksandr Schukin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 73 minutes into the match, Dynamite's goal looked a bit too open when Trevor Eubank came free, but Matvey Epanchin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mikhail Hromchenko who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 75thth minute tested the skills of Jerom Smoors when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Mikhail Hromchenko received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jerom Smoors came out and tried to block the shot, but Mikhail Hromchenko slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 81st minute. Dynamite's Matvey Epanchin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Steven Puttemans in the 84th minute of play. Mariusz Mierzejewski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Jerom Smoors made a huge save. Jerom Smoors stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mikhail Hromchenko's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. Matvey Epanchin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tony Degraef, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Jerom Smoors made an important save on a dangerous shot by Filimon Nesterenko in the 91st minute. Dynamite's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
