Hugo Rodrigues showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vecdi Sulasi, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. The supporters of Birvan Spor Kulübü booed when Meninos De Cotia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Mangueira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pankracy Modrzewski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Hugo Rodrigues made a huge save. In the 20th minute, Mailson Dal Bello hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A sloppy throw-in by Ciprian Mârza in the 27th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Meninos De Cotia's Ronaldo Donato. In the 27thth minute of the game Faustin Ostermann who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Birvan Spor Kulübü's Henry de Vries was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The throw-in from Denis Potocianu in the 32nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Meninos De Cotia's Silvio Oso. Meninos De Cotia's Mailson Dal Bello quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. When the match clock showed 41 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Ramon Del Piero sped through Birvan Spor Kulübü's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Henry de Vries. When Denis Potocianu fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Birvan Spor Kulübü's protests and gave Denis Potocianu a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Birvan Spor Kulübü getting a freekick after 49 minutes play. Michal Bycofski hit a great ball. Ronaldo Donato, 49 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After the first half Meninos De Cotia were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Faustin Ostermann to strike the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Faustin Ostermann took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Henry de Vries to make any attempt to save it. Jorge Mangueira hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Ciprian Mârza made in the 59th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Meninos De Cotia's Ronaldo Donato. Türkeş Tonguç charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Türkeş Tonguç the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 60th match minute, Birvan Spor Kulübü was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Türkeş Tonguç to maneuver through the defense. In the 63rdth minute of the game Faustin Ostermann who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Birvan Spor Kulübü's Henry de Vries was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Henry de Vries showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Faustin Ostermann in the 76th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Birvan Spor Kulübü's Vecdi Sulasi got a free kick in the 77th minute. Birvan Spor Kulübü's Ahmet Çağrı Sanay was substituted for Vecdi Sulasi. Henry de Vries was a little too slow when Ramon Del Piero got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 91st minute. The score was now 0-5. Ramon Del Piero could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Henry de Vries made a huge save. The Birvan Spor Kulübü supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Meninos De Cotia's performance. The match ended with a win for Meninos De Cotia.
