The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Arnaldo Colas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jean Mota read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. La Mandarina Mecánica were awarded a corner in the 7th minute after Air Football's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Elias Leimann took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Elias Leimann got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jean Mota quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 12th minute Arnaldo Colas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jean Mota saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 16 minutes into the match, Arnaldo Colas notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Air Football's Jean Mota. Jean Mota was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 20th minute John Abancens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jean Mota saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arnaldo Colas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jean Mota having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnaldo Colas in the 22nd minute of play forced Air Football's goalkeeper Jean Mota to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stanislaw Bartochowski got a throw-in 24 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Jacek Siwek. Jean Mota came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by La Mandarina Mecánica's Arnaldo Colas. But to his dismay, Arnaldo Colas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. After some careless play in the Air Football defense, Arnaldo Colas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jean Mota. The Air Football fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jean Mota should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Air Football's zone, Arnaldo Colas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jean Mota came out of the goal and Arnaldo Colas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jean Mota didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fjölnir Bergsson went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnaldo Colas in the 41st minute of play forced Air Football's goalkeeper Jean Mota to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jean Mota showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnaldo Colas in the 42nd minute of the match. Marcos Abad hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. 47 minutes into the match, Arnaldo Colas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jean Mota. Air Football's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arnaldo Colas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-6.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jacek Siwek made a kick off. 61 minutes into the match, Marcos Abad dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jean Mota, 0-8. Arnaldo Colas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Jean Mota made a huge save. Arnaldo Colas who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 67thth minute tested the skills of Jean Mota when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Jean Mota was a little too slow when Arnaldo Colas got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 68th minute. The score was now 0-9. Jean Mota didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arnaldo Colas went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-10 was the resulting score. Arnaldo Colas took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jean Mota. Jean Mota dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-11. Arnaldo Colas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arnaldo Colas got free with Jean Mota in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Arnaldo Colass short, quick shot in the 79thth minute got Jean Mota to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Arnaldo Colas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Tytus Sokol kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. With a little luck, Air Football's Jean Mota got control of the ball when Arnaldo Colas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fjölnir Bergsson struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Jean Mota didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La Mandarina Mecánica. La Mandarina Mecánica made a substitution. Argi Abad replaced Arnaldo Colas. After a rather tough play, Air Football's Igor Pruss got a free kick in the 92nd minute. 98 minutes into the match, Air Football's goalkeeper Jean Mota had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Argi Abad. When the match was over La Mandarina Mecánica could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Air Football throughout the match.
