The SAO JOANENSE FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 5 minutes into the match, SAO JOANENSE FC's goalkeeper Amadeu Lamego had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Elpidio Ursino. 9 minutes into the match, Quien Te iba a Decir.....'s goal looked a bit too open when Alessandro Meirelles came free, but Adam Kiepski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adam Kiepski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Horácio Alcântara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 13 minutes into the game, Alessandro Meirelles cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Adam Kiepski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, SAO JOANENSE FC's Amadeu Lamego got control of the ball when Elpidio Ursino tried to sneak it across the goal line. Adam Kiepski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alessandro Meirelles in the 18th minute of the match. Adam Kiepski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jairo Dante's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. After a rather tough play, Quien Te iba a Decir.....'s Elvio Lin got a free kick in the 20th minute. Luisinho Netto took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adam Kiepski. Adam Kiepski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Adam Kiepski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alessandro Meirelles in the 31st minute of the match. After some careless play in the Quien Te iba a Decir..... defense, Luisinho Netto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adam Kiepski. The Quien Te iba a Decir..... fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adam Kiepski should have stopped the shot. 36 minutes into the match, Horácio Alcântara had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Adam Kiepski. Quien Te iba a Decir.....'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Horácio Alcântara was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Elpidio Ursino made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in SAO JOANENSE FC's zone, Wilfredo Cai stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amadeu Lamego came out of the goal and Wilfredo Cai tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 54th minute of the match, Jairo Dante tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Adam Kiepski saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 59th minute, Severiano Dodorol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adam Kiepski made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Carlos Eduardo Toledo sent off a good shot on target. Through a series of nice moves, SAO JOANENSE FC's Carlos Eduardo Toledo on his own came free in the 61st minute of the match and shot 0-7 behind a disappointed Adam Kiepski. The supporters of SAO JOANENSE FC booed when Quien Te iba a Decir..... was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filomeno Urtzi didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 66th minute of the match Carlos Eduardo Toledo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Adam Kiepski skillfully saved the ball. SAO JOANENSE FC's Luisinho Netto got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, SAO JOANENSE FC's André Motta got a free kick in the 73rd minute. 77 minutes into the match, Luisinho Netto notched a goal, 0-9, to the right of Quien Te iba a Decir.....'s Adam Kiepski. Adam Kiepski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 82 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Quien Te iba a Decir.....! When the match had been going on for 84 minutes, SAO JOANENSE FC's Carlos Eduardo Toledo got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Adam Kiepski. Quien Te iba a Decir.....'s Adam Kiepski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Quien Te iba a Decir..... from getting a goal against them. In the 90th minute Jonatan Malvin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amadeu Lamego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 94th minute, André Motta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 95 played minutes Quien Te iba a Decir..... got a freekick which was hit by Saul Tirso. SAO JOANENSE FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
