An unexpectedly hard shot by Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán in the 8th minute of play forced El Pinar's goalkeeper Ni Tian Peng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ni Tian Peng took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ni Tian Peng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán in the 13th minute of play. Ariel Mourelatos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Süreyya Uzer in the 15th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, Amboy FC's goalkeeper Ariel Mourelatos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Estebano Lecanda. In the 19th minute, Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ni Tian Peng was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Ariel Mourelatos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Süreyya Uzer in the 26th minute of the match. Amboy FC's Ruperto Modestio got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ni Tian Peng took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ni Tian Peng. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán ran back to his position shaking his head. Ni Tian Peng showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. After a rather tough play, El Pinar's Nils-Åke Myhr got a free kick in the 37th minute. El Pinar's Ni Tian Peng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán in the 41st minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Estebano Lecanda kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ariel Mourelatos. That made the score 1-2 in the 44 minute of play. The supporters of Amboy FC booed when El Pinar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mantzio Mena didn't get a good kick on the ball. The El Pinar players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Amboy FC were winning 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán made a kick off. Ariel Mourelatos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Estebano Lecanda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amboy FC made a substitution. Roberto Rodriguez replaced Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán. An unexpectedly hard shot by Estebano Lecanda in the 68th minute of play forced Amboy FC's goalkeeper Ariel Mourelatos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 72 minutes into the game, Roberto Rodriguez recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ni Tian Peng. Roberto Rodriguez showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. Ni Tian Peng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roberto Rodriguez in the 78th minute of play. Roberto Rodriguez's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 79thth minute, Ni Tian Peng skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Ni Tian Peng made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Shi Sha Quan sent off a good shot on target. Ariel Mourelatos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Süreyya Uzer in the 85th minute of the match. In the 87th minute, Roberto Rodriguez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ni Tian Peng was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-6. The Amboy FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Amboy FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
