Aimé Holtmann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Richard Neto in the 10th minute of the match. Limoeiro-PE FC's Daniël De Goeij proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Limoeiro-PE FC from getting a goal against them. Trendafil Dzhendov hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Aimé Holtmann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Doni Barbosa in the 19th minute of play. FC Temeswar Banat's Benigno Osmundo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Jorginho de Queiroz in the 27 minute of the game. 27 minutes into the match, Limoeiro-PE FC's goal looked a bit too open when Agapito Diaz came free, but Daniël De Goeij reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, FC Temeswar Banat's Adrian Neubauer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Daniël De Goeij narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 37 minutes into the match, Limoeiro-PE FC's goalkeeper Daniël De Goeij had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adrian Neubauer. Eike Mack kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. 43 minutes into the match, Adrian Neubauer dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Daniël De Goeij, 1-0. FC Temeswar Banat's Aimé Holtmann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Richard Neto in the 46th minute of play. With a little luck, Limoeiro-PE FC's Daniël De Goeij got control of the ball when Adrian Neubauer tried to sneak it across the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adrian Neubauer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Agapito Diaz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Daniël De Goeij tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 54 minutes into the match, Richard Neto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aimé Holtmann. FC Temeswar Banat's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Richard Neto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Daniël De Goeij came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Temeswar Banat's Trendafil Dzhendov. But to his dismay, Trendafil Dzhendov quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Daniël De Goeij made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrian Neubauer in the 62nd minute of play. If Richard Neto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC Temeswar Banat's Benigno Osmundo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Jorginho de Queiroz in the 67 minute of the game. If Adrian Neubauer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Limoeiro-PE FC's Allan Zonta quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Eike Mack, made in the 72nd minute of the game. A collision led to Limoeiro-PE FC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. 庄翀竞 hit a great ball. In the 78th minute, Benigno Osmundo made a precise shot to the right of Daniël De Goeij. Limoeiro-PE FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Benigno Osmundo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniël De Goeij having to interfere. Daniël De Goeij didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jan Hoffmann went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. FC Temeswar Banat's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
