Cristobal Santana charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cristobal Santana the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Cristobal Santana hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lucas Abella in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Crişan Taffarel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rene Vito hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Club Dep. Union Madereros's Lorenzo Bakar got a free kick in the 13th minute. 14 minutes into the match, Amador Francesco dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Hilario Faron, 2-0. In the 20th play minute Bo Dogel came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Hilario Faron. 3-0. With a little luck, Club Dep. Union Madereros's Hilario Faron got control of the ball when Manuel Hug tried to sneak it across the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, Ciclista FC's goal looked a bit too open when David Lynch came free, but Crişan Taffarel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 31 minutes into the game, Aurelio Clodio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Dep. Union Madereros's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ciclista FC the free kick. After 31 played minutes Club Dep. Union Madereros got a freekick which was hit by Aurelio Clodio. Club Dep. Union Madereros's Hilario Faron played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cenan Savlet in the 35th minute of play. Club Dep. A collision led to Ciclista FC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Bo Dogel hit a great ball. In the 45th minute, Cenan Savlet ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hilario Faron was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. Hilario Faron made a fantastic save in the 48th minute, when Bo Dogel sent off a good shot on target. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Club Dep. Union Madereros made a substitution. Jaime Laurgain replaced Lucas Abella. 56 minutes into the match, Club Dep. Union Madereros's goal looked a bit too open when Cenan Savlet came free, but Hilario Faron reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bo Dogel in the 59th minute of play forced Club Dep. Union Madereros's goalkeeper Hilario Faron to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Crişan Taffarel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leo Argina's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. Ciclista FC's Crişan Taffarel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaime Laurgain in the 65th minute of play. In the 66th minute, Manuel Hug left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ciclista FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. If Cenan Savlet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manuel Hug in the 76th minute of play forced Club Dep. Union Madereros's goalkeeper Hilario Faron to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hilario Faron took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cenan Savlet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 79th match minute, Club Dep. Union Madereros was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lorenzo Bakar to maneuver through the defense. Amador Francesco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jaime Laurgain took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Crişan Taffarel. Crişan Taffarel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-1. Club Dep. Union Madereros's Jaime Laurgain got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Crişan Taffarel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jaime Laurgain in the 90th minute. 91 minutes into the match, Club Dep. Union Madereros's goal looked a bit too open when Cenan Savlet came free, but Hilario Faron reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hilario Faron showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bo Dogel in the 97th minute of the match.
