In the 3rd minute there was a penalty for Ciudad Tao FC. Jairo Malheiro stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Mugur Suşu. 0-1. Jairo Malheiro scored 0-2 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mugur Suşu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mugur Suşu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jairo Malheiro in the 12th minute of play. Mugur Suşu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jairo Malheiro in the 13th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jairo Malheiro in the 17th minute of play forced FC GURZUN's goalkeeper Mugur Suşu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 19 minutes into the match, FC GURZUN's goal looked a bit too open when Jairo Malheiro came free, but Mugur Suşu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ciudad Tao FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joakim Vennerlund in the 20th minute. Jairo Malheiro took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mugur Suşu. Mugur Suşu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. In the 24th match minute, Ciudad Tao FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Salomon Quaade to maneuver through the defense. FC GURZUN's Mugur Suşu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jairo Malheiro in the 26th minute of play. Mugur Suşu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jairo Malheiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 28th minute, Juliusz Zieba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of FC GURZUN booed when Ciudad Tao FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joel Sandström didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jairo Malheiro in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mugur Suşu saved FC GURZUN from getting behind. Evander Zabel made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Julien Luarasi sent off a good shot on target. Jairo Malheiro might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mugur Suşu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jairo Malheiro ran back to his position shaking his head. Mugur Suşu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jairo Malheiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nae Hurmuzache might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Evander Zabel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nae Hurmuzache ran back to his position shaking his head. 39 minutes into the game, Jairo Malheiro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Mugur Suşu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Juliusz Zieba made a kick off. In the 54th minute, Ciudad Tao FC's Jairo Malheiro ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Mugur Suşu. Mugur Suşu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. After 56 played minutes Ciudad Tao FC got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Gråberg. Ciudad Tao FC's Miron Zabel was substituted for Ernst Skog. Ciudad Tao FC made a substitution. Osmar Goiano replaced Joel Sandström. In the 57th minute, Adrian Gråberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Evander Zabel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juliusz Zieba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Miron Zabel got free with Mugur Suşu in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 69 played minutes Ciudad Tao FC got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Gråberg. Ciudad Tao FC's Oliver Wennerqvist was substituted for Einar Rosin. After 70 played minutes Ciudad Tao FC got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Gråberg. Mugur Suşu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miron Zabel in the 73rd minute of play. In the 75th minute of the match Ciudad Tao FC got a corner. FC GURZUN's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joakim Vennerlund ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 76th minute Julien Luarasi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evander Zabel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Miron Zabel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Mugur Suşu made a huge save. Miron Zabel had several of the FC GURZUN's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 79 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-6 score and a disappointed Mugur Suşu as he didn't even see the shot coming. Julien Luarasi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Evander Zabel having to make a save. 87 minutes into the match, FC GURZUN's goal looked a bit too open when Miron Zabel came free, but Mugur Suşu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Osmar Goiano came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Ciudad Tao FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Osmar Goiano couldn't finish the play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Ciudad Tao FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
