Medoacus Maior's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Elia Bosco in the 9th minute. Medoacus Maior's Elia Bosco was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Nikolay Bonkov in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 12thth minute of the game Miguel Tristan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Garlic Eaters's Nikolay Bonkov was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nikolay Bonkov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Miguel Tristan's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. Arrigo Tolin hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Miguel Tristan scored 1-0 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nikolay Bonkov, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 23rd minute Jozef Lewandowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Biagio Tolin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24th minute Miguel Tristan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nikolay Bonkov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nikolay Bonkov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Tristan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29th minute Miguel Tristan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nikolay Bonkov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 39th minute Miguel Tristan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nikolay Bonkov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Miguel Tristan might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nikolay Bonkov. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Miguel Tristan ran back to his position shaking his head. Nikolay Bonkov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Tristan in the 47th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The wind increased when Jozef Lewandowski made the kick off in the second half. Nikolay Bonkov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Tristan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A throw-in in the 52nd minute of the game was made by Greg Gavan with Justin Collingwood as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Garlic Eaters's Nikolay Bonkov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Tristan in the 59th minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Miguel Tristan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nikolay Bonkov was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Miguel Tristan might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nikolay Bonkov. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Miguel Tristan ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jozef Lewandowski got free with Biagio Tolin in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 71 minutes into the match, Garlic Eaters's goal looked a bit too open when Miguel Tristan came free, but Nikolay Bonkov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 77 minutes into the match, Medoacus Maior's Miguel Tristan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nikolay Bonkov narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Justin Collingwood in the 79th minute of play forced Medoacus Maior's goalkeeper Biagio Tolin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 83rd minute Medoacus Maior were awarded a corner. Elia Bosco went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 84th minute, Edmondo Grimaldi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The excitement rose when Medoacus Maior's Corrado Piscopo after 94 played minutes turned away three defenders near the goal, and after that shot a ball that was too difficult for Garlic Eaters's goalkeeper to hold. Score! 5-1. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Medoacus Maior fans cheered their team off the field, for while Garlic Eaters had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
