The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 5 minutes into the match, FUF F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Zico Orange came free, but Aurelio Lehen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 11thth minute of the game Eusébio Orange who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FUF F.C's Aurelio Lehen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 15th minute, Baldomero Loco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Momo Sampler's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 20thth minute, Edinho Pirani skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Edinho Pirani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Momo Sampler in the 22nd minute of play. After some careless play in the FUF F.C defense, Zico Orange kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aurelio Lehen. The FUF F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aurelio Lehen should have stopped the shot. 32 minutes into the match, FUF F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Zico Orange came free, but Aurelio Lehen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aurelio Lehen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno-Henrique Orange in the 36th minute of play. The throw-in from Baldomero Loco in the 40th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's Casemiro Orange. In the 43rd match minute, FUF F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zacarias Austin to maneuver through the defense. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Momo Sampler made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of FUF F.C booed when Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raí Orange didn't get a good kick on the ball. 55 minutes into the match, Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's Zico Orange sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aurelio Lehen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. FUF F.C's Aurelio Lehen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zico Orange in the 64th minute of play. If Valentino Ricci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 65 minutes into the match, Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Valentino Ricci came free, but Edinho Pirani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 67 minutes into the match, FUF F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Zico Orange came free, but Aurelio Lehen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Valentino Ricci might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edinho Pirani. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Valentino Ricci ran back to his position shaking his head. The FUF F.C fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
