Radomir Kaznocha hit a great ball. Stefan Eklund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radomir Kaznocha in the 7th minute of the match. Jens-Erik Hård kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Ignacy Zagrobelny showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Simon Wennersten in the 12th minute of the match. Simon Wennersten took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ignacy Zagrobelny. Ignacy Zagrobelny dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Calle Helberg put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Ignacy Zagrobelny. Björnlunda IF's Edvard Hellqvist managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Bernard Milko in the 27 minute of the game. Simon Wennersten scored 0-3 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ignacy Zagrobelny, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Björnlunda IF's goalkeeper Stefan Eklund, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jens-Erik Hård charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jens-Erik Hård the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jens-Erik Hård kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Ignacy Zagrobelny took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Calle Helberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Björnlunda IF's Stefan Eklund proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Björnlunda IF from getting a goal against them. After the first half Björnlunda IF were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Radomir Kaznocha stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Björnlunda IF's Stefan Hjortsberg got a free kick in the 50th minute. After 53 played minutes Björnlunda IF got a freekick which was hit by Stefan Hjortsberg. Ignacy Zagrobelny showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Calle Helberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. In the 56th match minute, Björnlunda IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Boris Käcker to maneuver through the defense. In the 59th minute, Calle Helberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ignacy Zagrobelny was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Björnlunda IF's Stefan Eklund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hélio Vaz in the 63rd minute of play. In the 64th match minute, Björnlunda IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jens-Erik Hård to maneuver through the defense. After 67 played minutes Björnlunda IF got a freekick which was hit by Boris Käcker. Stefan Eklund stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Radomir Kaznocha's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. In the 73rd match minute, Björnlunda IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Boris Käcker to maneuver through the defense. 76 minutes into the match, Björnlunda IF's Calle Helberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ignacy Zagrobelny narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Simon Wennersten got free with Ignacy Zagrobelny in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Björnlunda IF booed when KS LEW Chorzów was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Radomir Ruszkowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Calle Helberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match was over Björnlunda IF could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than KS LEW Chorzów throughout the match.
