But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isaias Fonda couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Varennes booed when Boca Juniors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Martin Jordy didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 21st minute Seth Luke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tales Falcão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tales Falcão was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Maurice Odonnell showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 58 minute of play. 62 minutes into the match, Maurice Odonnell dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tales Falcão, 0-5.
