The audience thought a goal was coming when Dick Gernberg got free with Urmas Känsäkangas in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to SK Gullegem getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Edward Scigan hit a great ball. Benjamin Blixt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mathias-Alexander Jamieson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mathias-Alexander Jamieson in the 17th minute of play forced KD Stiger's goalkeeper Benjamin Blixt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. KD Stiger's Benjamin Blixt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xavier Goossens in the 18th minute of play. Dick Gernberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 22 minutes into the game, Dan Vennersten recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Urmas Känsäkangas. Dan Vennersten showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xavier Goossens in the 25th minute of play forced KD Stiger's goalkeeper Benjamin Blixt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. KD Stiger's Benjamin Blixt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xavier Goossens in the 27th minute of play. Benjamin Blixt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xavier Goossens, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. After a defensive mix-up in KD Stiger's zone, Xavier Goossens stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benjamin Blixt came out of the goal and Xavier Goossens tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Dick Gernberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Urmas Känsäkangas was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. Urmas Känsäkangas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dick Gernberg in the 43rd minute. Benjamin Blixt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mathias-Alexander Jamieson in the 44th minute of play. Benjamin Blixt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mathias-Alexander Jamieson in the 47th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The corner led KD Stiger's Erik Bern to fire away a dangerous shot which Urmas Känsäkangas despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 67th minute Dick Gernberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Urmas Känsäkangas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of KD Stiger booed when SK Gullegem was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edward Scigan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Xavier Goossens could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Benjamin Blixt made a huge save. Xavier Goossens came free with the goalkeeper in the 81st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Benjamin Blixt could save by the left post. The supporters of KD Stiger booed when SK Gullegem was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edward Scigan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jimmy Örtendal took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Urmas Känsäkangas. Urmas Känsäkangas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Edward Scigan hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. KD Stiger's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
