Leopoldo Lastur came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Buciumii's Cristinel Gheară. But to his dismay, Cristinel Gheară quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Roch Grondzki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicolas Bizi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 23 minutes in the game Javier Firmo did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Wilfredo Quinto. Leopoldo Lastur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristinel Gheară, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. After a rather tough play, Leones FC's Nicolas Bizi got a free kick in the 30th minute. In the 31st minute, Cristinel Gheară ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leopoldo Lastur was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Amado Jordy made in the 37th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by FC Buciumii's Eric Trăilă. Martin Asier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roch Grondzki having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eraldo Serantoni in the 44th minute of play forced Leones FC's goalkeeper Leopoldo Lastur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to FC Buciumii getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Pavel Balc hit a great ball.

Roch Grondzki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Asier in the 50th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Eraldo Serantoni managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Buciumii's supporters rose to their feet, but Eraldo Serantoni was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leopoldo Lastur breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pavel Balc blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leopoldo Lastur having to make a save. Leopoldo Lastur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pavel Balc in the 72nd minute of play. Leopoldo Lastur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pavel Balc, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. When Pavel Balc got free in front of the goal in the 83rd minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Leopoldo Lastur was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Pavel Balc managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Buciumii's supporters rose to their feet, but Pavel Balc was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leopoldo Lastur breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Javier Richie made in the 87th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Arnaldo Leguizamón however managed to control. Leones FC's Leopoldo Lastur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pavel Balc in the 89th minute of play. The supporters of FC Buciumii booed when Leones FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gavino Oliveiro didn't get a good kick on the ball.
