Kazım Kuthan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Öztürk Baycan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Toto Mansilla in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kazım Kuthan saved ZorlaGeldik from getting behind. Toto Mansilla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Öztürk Baycan in the 15th minute of play forced Rosario Central's goalkeeper Julio Garay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, ZorlaGeldik's Fuat Onursoy got a free kick in the 16th minute. Kazım Kuthan came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Rosario Central's Toto Mansilla. But to his dismay, Toto Mansilla quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Rosario Central's Julio Garay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hilmi Koytan in the 21st minute of play. The nice shot from Leopoldo Baraquiel in the 22ndth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Kazım Kuthan had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. 23 minutes had been played when some careless play by ZorlaGeldik's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Fulvio Maria was slow to take the kick. During this time Rosario Central's players had a chance to rest. When ZorlaGeldik's Mustafa Namık Adak in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rosario Central's goalie prevented a goal. 30 minutes in the game, Toto Mansilla fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Kazım Kuthan having to interfere. After 36 played minutes Rosario Central got a freekick which was hit by Remigio Giro. When ZorlaGeldik's Öztürk Baycan in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Julio Garay didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Öztürk Baycan went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mustafa Namık Adak was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute of the match Abdulbaki Korkut shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Julio Garay showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 54th minute, Rosario Central's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Hilmi Koytan fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 59th minute Leopoldo Baraquiel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kazım Kuthan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rosario Central's Julio Garay proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Rosario Central from getting a goal against them. Kazım Kuthan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Toto Mansilla in the 67th minute of the match. 70 minutes into the match, ZorlaGeldik's goal looked a bit too open when Toto Mansilla came free, but Kazım Kuthan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 72 minutes into the match, Rosario Central's goal looked a bit too open when Hilmi Koytan came free, but Julio Garay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 72 played minutes Rosario Central got a freekick which was hit by Remigio Giro. Toto Mansilla's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kazım Kuthan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. 81 minutes into the match, Rosario Central's goalkeeper Julio Garay had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hilmi Koytan. Kazım Kuthan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Toto Mansilla, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. In the 83rd minute, Toto Mansilla left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rosario Central fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Mustafa Namık Adak kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Julio Garay. That made the score 4-2 in the 94 minute of play.
