The corner led San Fernando Eagles's Elias Navarro to fire away a dangerous shot which Igor Akinfeev despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Vlad Enceanu managed to get in a good position for a shot. San Fernando Eagles's supporters rose to their feet, but Vlad Enceanu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vlad Enceanu to make the kick off. Igor Akinfeev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Polo Quinteros, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. In the 85th minute San Fernando Eagles were awarded a corner. Elias Navarro went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on San Fernando Eagles's corner Elias Navarro fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Igor Akinfeev quite easily take care of the ball. In the 86th minute, Ulysses Schmidt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. San Fernando Eagles's Bartolo Salvator proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save San Fernando Eagles from getting a goal against them. Evgeniy Fomichev spun around in front of the goal 92 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of San Fernando Eagles's goal. Gleb Sorokin's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Bartolo Salvator firmly grabbed it by the left post.
