Theobald Manjon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stacey Banning, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 15th minute, Celsinho Castro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With an all-out effort, CE LAJEADENSE RS's Eulalio Francesco threw himself towards the right post 18 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Bater Palma, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The supporters of River tu grato nombre booed when CE LAJEADENSE RS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celsinho Castro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mauricio Bitxintxo was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 28 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in CE LAJEADENSE RS fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 28th minute. Penalty! After 33 minutes CE LAJEADENSE RS's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was John Presley who took care of the corner kick. CE LAJEADENSE RS's Theobald Manjon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stacey Banning in the 35th minute of play. A hard shot 38 in the game by Caetano Saad from a close distance when the talented Eulalio Francesco managed to make a qualified save. River tu grato nombre's players were relieved. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Stacey Banning made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stacey Banning in the 52nd minute of play forced CE LAJEADENSE RS's goalkeeper Theobald Manjon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leo Iigo in the 53rd minute of play forced River tu grato nombre's goalkeeper Eulalio Francesco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 53 minutes of play, CE LAJEADENSE RS's Leo Iigo made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eulalio Francesco was left in no man's land by his defense there! River tu grato nombre's Eulalio Francesco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bater Palma in the 56th minute of play. After 57 played minutes CE LAJEADENSE RS got a freekick which was hit by Zhuo Chao Chuan. Theobald Manjon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stacey Banning in the 58th minute of play. Theobald Manjon came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by River tu grato nombre's Stacey Banning. But to his dismay, Stacey Banning quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. CE LAJEADENSE RS's Theobald Manjon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stacey Banning in the 63rd minute of play. Bater Palma charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bater Palma the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Bater Palma hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Theobald Manjon was out of position in the 65 minute of play, and Stacey Banning capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Stacey Banning really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. Theobald Manjon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stacey Banning in the 70th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 75 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Bon Scott sped through CE LAJEADENSE RS's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Theobald Manjon. In the 78th minute Caetano Saad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eulalio Francesco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eulalio Francesco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bater Palma in the 79th minute of the match. CE LAJEADENSE RS's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Alfred Gozdowski 86 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-4. A collision led to CE LAJEADENSE RS getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Zhuo Chao Chuan hit a great ball. River tu grato nombre's John Presley couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 91st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for CE LAJEADENSE RS. In the 92nd match minute, CE LAJEADENSE RS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodrigo Ely to maneuver through the defense. Bon Scott blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Theobald Manjon having to make a save. After 96 minutes of play, River tu grato nombre's Bon Scott made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Theobald Manjon was left in no man's land by his defense there! The River tu grato nombre players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
