In the 27th minute, Cássio Dracena got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A sloppy throw-in by Gürcan Ayçetin in the 31st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Club 23's Nae Lalescu. Matias Santikurtz might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sören Malmberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Matias Santikurtz ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 37th minute Matias Santikurtz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sören Malmberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Club 23's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BÖRÜ the free kick. After a rather tough play, Club 23's Nae Lalescu got a free kick in the 46th minute. Matias Santikurtz struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Sören Malmberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BÖRÜ.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Matias Santikurtz to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matias Santikurtz in the 51st minute of play forced Club 23's goalkeeper Sören Malmberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind Club 23's goalkeeper Sören Malmberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 70 minutes into the match, Emanuel Robescu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Anıl Berk Gurbet, 1-1. A collision led to Club 23 getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Druțu Daniel hit a great ball. Sören Malmberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bo Ståhlberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Matias Santikurtz couldn't finish the play. In the 78thth minute of the game Matias Santikurtz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club 23's Sören Malmberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Matias Santikurtz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Club 23's Sören Malmberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matias Santikurtz in the 83rd minute of play. In the 84th minute, Cássio Dracena hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
