In the 9th minute Mauro Boselli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paijo Chandrawinata saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauro Boselli in the 12th minute of play forced Juventus Argentina FC's goalkeeper Paijo Chandrawinata to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ismael Vellito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gregorie Lievens, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th minute of the match, Mikolaj Biraga got a very nice opportunity to score, but Paijo Chandrawinata was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Gregorie Lievens might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ismael Vellito. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gregorie Lievens ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 20th minute Gregorie Lievens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ismael Vellito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Shuspendemo's Lisandro Martínez got a free kick in the 21st minute. The throw-in from Lisandro Martínez in the 24th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Juventus Argentina FC's Esteban Bartoleme. Juventus Argentina FC's Paijo Chandrawinata proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Juventus Argentina FC from getting a goal against them. Paijo Chandrawinata was out of position in the 28 minute of play, and Mauro Boselli capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Mauro Boselli really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Paijo Chandrawinata made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Mauro Boselli sent off a good shot on target. In the 39th minute of the match Shuspendemo got a corner. Juventus Argentina FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Séamus Babasidis ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Séamus Babasidis got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Paijo Chandrawinata quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Ismael Vellito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gregorie Lievens in the 41st minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Shuspendemo's Venancio Kepa was substituted for Mikolaj Biraga. Shuspendemo made a substitution. Diego Gerber replaced Brooks Willison. 78 minutes into the match, Shuspendemo's Réda Kolb sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Paijo Chandrawinata narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 82nd minute, Gregorie Lievens left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Juventus Argentina FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Shuspendemo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Juventus Argentina FC the free kick. The supporters of Juventus Argentina FC booed when Shuspendemo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Venancio Kepa didn't get a good kick on the ball.
