After 15 minutes, Charlie Jansson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hartlepool and the KS Wymyśle players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 15th minute, Charlie Jansson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Antoni Kornasiewicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hasan Hüseyin Orak in the 18th minute of the match. KS Wymyśle's Antoni Kornasiewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hasan Hüseyin Orak in the 23rd minute of play. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hasan Hüseyin Orak made a kick off. Ignacy Banach struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Åke Stål didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KS Wymyśle. In the 58th minute Refugio Vizcarreto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Åke Stål saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Åke Stål showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Refugio Vizcarreto, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. 61 minutes into the match, Hartlepool's goal looked a bit too open when Refugio Vizcarreto came free, but Åke Stål reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Charlie Jansson got free with Antoni Kornasiewicz in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Åke Stål came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by KS Wymyśle's Ignacy Banach. But to his dismay, Ignacy Banach quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1.
