Perivaldo Saraiva made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. 15 minutes into the match, Ubaldo Gonzales had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Perivaldo Saraiva. Arrozal FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ubaldo Gonzales was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erubiel Farias in the 18th minute of play forced Cavallino Rampante II's goalkeeper Ernesto Fe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ivo Oja scored 3-0 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Perivaldo Saraiva, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Arrozal FC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Nelson Lago hit a great ball. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Arrozal FC's goalkeeper Perivaldo Saraiva, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ernesto Fe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernando Moreno in the 25th minute of the match. Cavallino Rampante II were awarded a corner in the 29th minute after Arrozal FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Hu Shu Ming took the corner. 30 minutes into the match, Arrozal FC's goalkeeper Perivaldo Saraiva had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ivo Oja. Álvaro Sena's late challenge caught a Cavallino Rampante II's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Álvaro Sena helped the player get up and apologised. Álvaro Sena kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. In the 32nd minute, Arrozal FC's Dé da Costa seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Dé da Costa the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Arrozal FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Dé da Costa had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Arrozal FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 32nd minute. Penalty! Ubaldo Gonzales shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Ivo Oja sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fernando Moreno made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ivo Oja in the 50th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Perivaldo Saraiva saved Arrozal FC from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Arrozal FC's zone, Ubaldo Gonzales stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Perivaldo Saraiva came out of the goal and Ubaldo Gonzales tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arrozal FC's Perivaldo Saraiva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ubaldo Gonzales in the 62nd minute of play. In the 68th minute, Hu Shu Ming made a precise shot to the right of Perivaldo Saraiva. Arrozal FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ubaldo Gonzales in the 73rd minute of play forced Arrozal FC's goalkeeper Perivaldo Saraiva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Perivaldo Saraiva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivo Oja in the 74th minute of the match. After 77 minutes of play, Cavallino Rampante II's Ubaldo Gonzales made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Perivaldo Saraiva was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cavallino Rampante II's Fabian Jarosiewicz was substituted for Hu Shu Ming. After a rather tough play, Arrozal FC's Vitório Britto got a free kick in the 85th minute. Ivo Oja scored 7-0 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Perivaldo Saraiva, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Carmelo Sugar took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 91st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Perivaldo Saraiva. Arrozal FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The audience was convinced that Ubaldo Gonzales's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Perivaldo Saraiva was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Cavallino Rampante II had won after a very even match.
