Carlos Zambrano was slow to take the kick. During this time Cusco FC's players had a chance to rest. Cusco FC were awarded a corner in the 12th minute after Zijdewind SC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Carlos Zambrano took the corner. Gabon Salantes made a great header on Cusco FC's corner, it was just that Zijdewind SC's Mario Klompe managed to reach the ball for a save. Mario Klompe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabon Salantes in the 14th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Cresitobalo Rilo notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Zijdewind SC's Mario Klompe. Zijdewind SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cresitobalo Rilo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. In the 38th minute, Gabon Salantes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mario Klompe was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. When Elorri Uruñuela came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Cusco FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elorri Uruñuela couldn't finish the play. Cresitobalo Rilo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Mario Klompe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mario Klompe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cresitobalo Rilo, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The Zijdewind SC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Cusco FC were winning 0-5.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cresitobalo Rilo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cresitobalo Rilo had several of the Zijdewind SC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 51 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-6 score and a disappointed Mario Klompe as he didn't even see the shot coming. The crowd rose to their feet as Elorri Uruñuela kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mario Klompe. That made the score 0-7 in the 54 minute of play. Cresitobalo Rilo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mario Klompe having to interfere. After having played for 60 minutes, Gabon Salantes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cusco FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gabon Salantes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 61st minute of the match, Emanuele Morelli got a very nice opportunity to score, but Mario Klompe was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 63 minutes into the match, Cresitobalo Rilo notched a goal, 0-8, to the right of Zijdewind SC's Mario Klompe. Mario Klompe was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 66th match minute, Zijdewind SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ferdi Dekens to maneuver through the defense. Cresitobalo Rilo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mario Klompe came out and tried to block the shot, but Cresitobalo Rilo slotted it home off the left post making it 0-9 in the 67th minute. Mario Klompe didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Cusco FC's Cresitobalo Rilo shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-10 in the ordered_time% minute. Maria Coronado took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mario Klompe. Mario Klompe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-11. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Zijdewind SC's goalkeeper Mario Klompe, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Zijdewind SC's Mario Klompe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Zijdewind SC from getting a goal against them. In the 96th minute, Cresitobalo Rilo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cusco FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
