The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 5 minutes into the match, Alvise Urbani notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Formation Pure Lyonnaise's Nelson Cloarec. Nelson Cloarec was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Nelson Cloarec showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cesare Loreto, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. After some careless play in the Formation Pure Lyonnaise defense, Cesare Loreto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nelson Cloarec. The Formation Pure Lyonnaise fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nelson Cloarec should have stopped the shot. When the match clock showed 13 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Cesare Loreto sped through Formation Pure Lyonnaise's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Nelson Cloarec. The audience thought a goal was coming when Davy Giacomoni got free with Armando Bonelli in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 17 minutes Sorci Viola's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Étienne Lebret who took care of the corner kick. Antonio Martano scored 0-4 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nelson Cloarec, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Formation Pure Lyonnaise's zone, Edoardo Meo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nelson Cloarec came out of the goal and Edoardo Meo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Alvise Urbani managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sorci Viola's supporters rose to their feet, but Alvise Urbani was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nelson Cloarec breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Armando Bonelli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Davy Giacomoni, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sorci Viola's Armando Bonelli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Davy Giacomoni in the 29th minute of play. Alvise Urbani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nelson Cloarec having to interfere. 35 minutes into the game, Sorci Viola's Bruno Egidi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nelson Cloarec made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. 38 minutes into the match, Cesare Loreto notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Formation Pure Lyonnaise's Nelson Cloarec. Nelson Cloarec was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Nelson Cloarec showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cesare Loreto, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Edoardo Meo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Nelson Cloarec tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Davy Giacomoni was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Alvise Urbani dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Nelson Cloarec, 0-8. 59 minutes into the match, Formation Pure Lyonnaise's goal looked a bit too open when Cesare Loreto came free, but Nelson Cloarec reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th minute, Cesare Loreto reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Nelson Cloarec. The goal made the score 0-10. Sorci Viola made a substitution. Franco Piccirilli replaced Cosimo Toninelli. In the 74th minute, Cesare Loreto made a precise shot to the right of Nelson Cloarec. Formation Pure Lyonnaise's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-11. Formation Pure Lyonnaise's Nelson Cloarec proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Formation Pure Lyonnaise from getting a goal against them. Nelson Cloarec showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cesare Loreto in the 81st minute of the match. 82 minutes had been played when some careless play by Formation Pure Lyonnaise's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Carlo De Luca was slow to take the kick. During this time Sorci Viola's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Carlo De Luca almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Formation Pure Lyonnaise's Nelson Cloarec did a great save. After 84 played minutes Sorci Viola got a freekick which was hit by Bruno Egidi. Cesare Loreto took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nelson Cloarec. Nelson Cloarec dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-12. Léonard Laumond hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Nelson Cloarec made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlo De Luca in the 91st minute of play. 92 minutes into the game, Cesare Loreto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-13. Nelson Cloarec was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cesare Loreto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Nelson Cloarec tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
