In the 12th minute Ademar Rocha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Carlos Sanches saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 13 minutes into the match, Alvinegro Carioca's goal looked a bit too open when Ademar Rocha came free, but José Carlos Sanches reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. José Carlos Sanches took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jürgen Leu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 17 minutes into the match, FC Rägi's goal looked a bit too open when Baybars-Tolgahan Balta came free, but Zachariasz Moryl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 17th match minute, FC Rägi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jakub Penc to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruno Africano in the 19th minute of play forced FC Rägi's goalkeeper Zachariasz Moryl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Rägi's Ademar Rocha got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Through an outstanding action, after 25 minutes, José Carlos Sanches successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After having played for 26 minutes, Bruno Africano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alvinegro Carioca's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bruno Africano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. FC Rägi's Zachariasz Moryl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Africano in the 26th minute of play. In the 27th minute Alvinegro Carioca were awarded a corner. Wang Fei Feng went to the cornerflag to take it. A well done corner resulted in Celsinho Diniz drilling the ball in to score 0-1 behind FC Rägi's goalkeeper. Bruno Africano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 33 minutes into the match, Alvinegro Carioca's goalkeeper José Carlos Sanches had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jakub Penc. With a little luck, Alvinegro Carioca's José Carlos Sanches got control of the ball when Jakub Penc tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 37 played minutes, Alvinegro Carioca's Aleksander Harasimowicz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Zachariasz Moryl came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Alvinegro Carioca reached it. The supporters of FC Rägi booed when Alvinegro Carioca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guilherme Dias didn't get a good kick on the ball. 42 minutes into the game, Bruno Africano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Alvinegro Carioca's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Rägi the free kick. In the 43rd minute of the match Timothy Ostermann shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but José Carlos Sanches showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 44th minute, Tassilo Kost hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in FC Rägi's zone, Everton Cebollero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zachariasz Moryl came out of the goal and Everton Cebollero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The FC Rägi players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Alvinegro Carioca were winning 0-1.

FC Rägi made a substitution. Tobie Ostermann replaced Slade Küng. FC Rägi's Wilbur Charette was substituted for Timothy Ostermann. FC Rägi made a substitution. Fremont Schneider replaced Jürgen Leu. Fremont Schneider might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over José Carlos Sanches. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fremont Schneider ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to FC Rägi getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Daniel Hurschler hit a great ball. Atak Sehriyar kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. In the last second Zachariasz Moryl throw himself and got hold of the ball when Everton Cebollero in the 77thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Alvinegro Carioca's José Carlos Sanches played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ademar Rocha in the 83rd minute of play. Zachariasz Moryl made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Bruno Africano sent off a good shot on target. 85 minutes into the match, FC Rägi's goalkeeper Zachariasz Moryl had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bruno Africano. After 87 minutes of play, FC Rägi's Fremont Schneider made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. José Carlos Sanches was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 93rd minute, Wilbur Charette left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Rägi fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Alvinegro Carioca's Enéas Queirós was substituted for Wang Fei Feng.
