Radoy Gilev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claude Persoons having to interfere. After some careless play in the LeRoeulx defense, Karl-Axel Jonsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Claude Persoons. The LeRoeulx fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Claude Persoons should have stopped the shot. Claude Persoons showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radoy Gilev in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 24th minute Axel Lundqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claude Persoons saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 26th minute, Axel Lundqvist ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Claude Persoons was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. A collision led to LeRoeulx getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Jabbar De Roeulx hit a great ball. Claude Persoons showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Radoy Gilev, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. 43 minutes into the match, LeRoeulx's goal looked a bit too open when Karl-Axel Jonsson came free, but Claude Persoons reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Radoy Gilev hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Karl-Axel Jonsson to make the kick off. In the 51st minute Karl-Axel Jonsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claude Persoons saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 52 played minutes LeRoeulx got a freekick which was hit by Martial Stuijckens. After a defensive mix-up in LeRoeulx's zone, Radoy Gilev stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Claude Persoons came out of the goal and Radoy Gilev tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 55th minute, Rik Winnepennincks got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. LeRoeulx's Claude Persoons played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl-Axel Jonsson in the 58th minute of play. 62 minutes into the game, Ward de Pelsmacker was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. LeRoeulx's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kårböle IFK the free kick. After a rather tough play, LeRoeulx's Ward de Pelsmacker got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Elias Verdonk kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. In the 66th minute, Gunnar Jansson sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and LeRoeulx's Claude Persoons didn't even have to move. When Ward de Pelsmacker was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 68 minutes had been played. Ward de Pelsmacker kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. LeRoeulx's Claude Persoons proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save LeRoeulx from getting a goal against them. 74 minutes into the match, Axel Lundqvist had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Claude Persoons. LeRoeulx's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Axel Lundqvist was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. After 77 minutes, Radoy Gilev mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kårböle IFK and the LeRoeulx players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ball Glue showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jabbar De Roeulx, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Axel Lundqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claude Persoons having to interfere. Claude Persoons took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl-Axel Jonsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arnout Van Dessel's late challenge caught a Kårböle IFK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arnout Van Dessel helped the player get up and apologised. Arnout Van Dessel hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Radoy Gilev came free with the goalkeeper in the 96th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Claude Persoons could save by the left post. In the 97th minute, Axel Lundqvist ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Claude Persoons was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. When the match was over Kårböle IFK could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than LeRoeulx throughout the match.
