Spectators: 148 (Terracing: 112, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 2) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Codruț Macaneață started the match with the kick off. Dacian Ghițescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Borys Banach in the 10th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the match, PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's goal looked a bit too open when Borys Banach came free, but Dacian Ghițescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 14 minutes into the game, Milosz Sowa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Dacian Ghițescu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 21stth minute of the game Milosz Sowa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's Dacian Ghițescu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dacian Ghițescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ziemowit Haskiewicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dacian Ghițescu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ziemowit Haskiewicz's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. When the match clock showed 27 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Ziemowit Haskiewicz sped through PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dacian Ghițescu. After some careless play in the PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca defense, Borys Banach kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dacian Ghițescu. The PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dacian Ghițescu should have stopped the shot. 42 minutes into the match, PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's goal looked a bit too open when Borys Banach came free, but Dacian Ghițescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by Edward Sliwinski in the 45th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's Strong Phoenix. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Milosz Sowa to make the kick off. 56 minutes into the game, Borys Banach recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dacian Ghițescu. Borys Banach showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. 59 minutes into the match, PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's goalkeeper Dacian Ghițescu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Milosz Sowa. Milosz Sowa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dacian Ghițescu having to make a save. In the 63rd of the match, Ziemowit Haskiewicz tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Dacian Ghițescu got in the way and made a wonderful save. In the 64th minute Gumisie Rybnik were awarded a corner. Edward Sliwinski went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 71st minute, Gumisie Rybnik's Borys Banach dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. Dacian Ghițescu was out of position in the 79 minute of play, and Milosz Sowa capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Milosz Sowa really showed his touch with that goal: 0-6. If Borys Banach had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ziemowit Haskiewicz took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dacian Ghițescu. Dacian Ghițescu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. The crowd rose to their feet as Gumisie Rybnik's Borys Banach slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dacian Ghițescu. That made the score 0-8 after 92 minutes of play. After 96 minutes of play, Gumisie Rybnik's Milosz Sowa made it 0-9 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dacian Ghițescu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gumisie Rybnik played a much better game than PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca and deserved their victory. The PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
