The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some careless play in the Cervezanegra A.C. defense, Victor Blom kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Filiberto Oso. The Cervezanegra A.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Filiberto Oso should have stopped the shot. Sokol Narev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pablo Solari, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. 16 minutes into the match, Cervezanegra A.C.'s Dževad Kasimović sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sokol Narev narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 17 minutes Sunkens Surtröjor's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Albert Linberg who took care of the corner kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Kaisar Sözer heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. The supporters of Cervezanegra A.C. booed when Sunkens Surtröjor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evelio Loi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alfonso Goicoechea in the 23rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Sokol Narev, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 28th minute, Pablo Solari ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sokol Narev was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Dževad Kasimović kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. 47 minutes into the match, Sunkens Surtröjor's goal looked a bit too open when Alfonso Goicoechea came free, but Sokol Narev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Sunkens Surtröjor's Ke Zheng Feng was substituted for Börje Njurenius. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Victor Blom stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 55 played minutes Cervezanegra A.C. got a freekick which was hit by Kaisar Sözer. Filiberto Oso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Blom, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dževad Kasimović scored 2-2 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sokol Narev, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sunkens Surtröjor's attentive Error Uchiha managed to snatch the ball when Kaisar Sözer made a throw-in in the 81st minute of the game. Pablo Solari received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Sokol Narev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sokol Narev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfonso Goicoechea in the 91st minute of play. 江轩南 hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. After having played for 95 minutes, Laércio Coutinho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sunkens Surtröjor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Laércio Coutinho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cervezanegra A.C.'s Filiberto Oso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Cervezanegra A.C. from getting a goal against them. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Sunkens Surtröjor walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
