Spectators: 175 (Terracing: 132, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Graeme McRobie started the match with the kick off. Smiddy Celts's Jesse McJames proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 2nd minute of the match, managed to save Smiddy Celts from getting a goal against them. Jesse McJames made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Gunnar Hake sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that Americo Suero's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jesse McJames was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. Jesse McJames made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when John Ryberg sent off a good shot on target. Erhan İren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Graeme McRobie in the 15th minute of play. After 19 played minutes Smiddy Celts got a freekick which was hit by Graeme Gordon. 25 minutes into the match, Smiddy Celts's goal looked a bit too open when Esteban Loi came free, but Jesse McJames reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th minute Teɱperłey Cɨŧy were awarded a corner. Gunnar Hake went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Smiddy Celts's goalie and right to Esteban Loi. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Smiddy Celts's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. If Sean McDrain had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 43 minutes of play, Smiddy Celts's Graeme McRobie made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Erhan İren was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jesse McJames made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gunnar Hake in the 46th minute. Jesse McJames showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Esteban Loi, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. Smiddy Celts made a substitution. Wal McVean replaced Graeme McRobie. Teɱperłey Cɨŧy's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gunnar Hake in the 51st minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Teɱperłey Cɨŧy's Erhan İren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Teɱperłey Cɨŧy from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Graeme Gordon in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Erhan İren saved Teɱperłey Cɨŧy from getting behind. Graeme Gordon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Erhan İren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 76thth minute of the game Graeme Gordon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Teɱperłey Cɨŧy's Erhan İren was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Smiddy Celts's Jesse McJames played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvaro Raymond in the 86th minute of play. 88 minutes had been played when some careless play by Smiddy Celts's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Bonifacio Guib was slow to take the kick. During this time Teɱperłey Cɨŧy's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Teɱperłey Cɨŧy's corner Gerardo Osorio fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jesse McJames quite easily take care of the ball. Erhan İren made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Graeme Gordon sent off a good shot on target. Jesse McJames showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alvaro Raymond, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Teɱperłey Cɨŧy fans cheered their team off the field, for while Smiddy Celts had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
