Gentil Setúbal started the match with the kick off. Máximo Laureano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ercole Mian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 11 minutes into the match, Borgo Doria F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Gentil Setúbal came free, but Corrado Spitaleri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 13 minutes into the game, Terceirense F.C.'s Gentil Setúbal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Corrado Spitaleri made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Gentil Setúbal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Corrado Spitaleri read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. Terceirense F.C.'s Máximo Laureano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabio Bottone in the 27th minute of play. Máximo Laureano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ercole Mian in the 28th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ercole Mian in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Máximo Laureano saved Terceirense F.C. from getting behind. 40 minutes into the match, Terceirense F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Scutti came free, but Máximo Laureano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Ercole Mian's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Máximo Laureano was relentless in the 44th minute of the game. A collision led to Terceirense F.C. getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. 郑树夕 hit a great ball. Gentil Setúbal received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Corrado Spitaleri came out and tried to block the shot, but Gentil Setúbal slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 47th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alberto Scutti to make the kick off. Terceirense F.C. were awarded a corner in the 55th minute after Borgo Doria F.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Aleksander Kapera took the corner. After 55 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Borgo Doria F.C.! The supporters of Terceirense F.C. booed when Borgo Doria F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edmondo Melone didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Terceirense F.C.'s Máximo Laureano got control of the ball when Alberto Scutti tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Terceirense F.C. booed when Borgo Doria F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ferdinando Trabucco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Terceirense F.C.'s Donovan Daval was substituted for Gentil Setúbal. After 73 played minutes Borgo Doria F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Ferdinando Trabucco. An unexpectedly hard shot by Denzil Nightingale in the 78th minute of play forced Terceirense F.C.'s goalkeeper Máximo Laureano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 79th minute Borgo Doria F.C. were awarded a corner. Michal Beninda went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 80th minute, Fabio Bottone hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Michal Beninda kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. In the 83rd minute Donovan Daval shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Corrado Spitaleri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Terceirense F.C.'s Máximo Laureano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Terceirense F.C. from getting a goal against them. 90 minutes into the match, Terceirense F.C.'s goalkeeper Máximo Laureano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fabio Bottone. 92 minutes into the match, Terceirense F.C.'s Donovan Daval sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Corrado Spitaleri narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Terceirense F.C. were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Borgo Doria F.C. for a fine match.
