Gentil Setúbal scored 0-1 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jan Jelm, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jan Jelm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gentil Setúbal in the 10th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Gentil Setúbal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jan Jelm was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. Máximo Laureano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Richard Enegren, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Gentil Setúbal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jan Jelm read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. Jan Jelm didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gentil Setúbal went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Terceirense F.C.'s Kerem Aktürkoglu quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Erland Boklund, made in the 31st minute of the game. When Terceirense F.C.'s Gentil Setúbal in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Zendium's goalie prevented a goal. If Gentil Setúbal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jan Jelm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gentil Setúbal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 41 minutes into the match, Terceirense F.C.'s Gentil Setúbal sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jan Jelm narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Richard Enegren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Máximo Laureano made a huge save. Zendium's Richard Enegren managed to work through Terceirense F.C.'s defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Richard Enegren dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Richard Enegren was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Terceirense F.C.'s 郑树夕 got a free kick in the 52nd minute. In the 53rd minute Andreas Telin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Máximo Laureano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gentil Setúbal received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jan Jelm came out and tried to block the shot, but Gentil Setúbal slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 57th minute. Zendium's Stig Magnusson was substituted for Alberto Bosso. After 62 played minutes Zendium got a freekick which was hit by Erland Boklund. The supporters of Terceirense F.C. booed when Zendium was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bo Edström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Terceirense F.C. made a substitution. Reginaldo Silveira replaced Aleksander Kapera. In the 67th minute, Bo Edström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jan Jelm was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Hermano Campelo. Jan Jelm came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Terceirense F.C.'s Donovan Daval. But to his dismay, Donovan Daval quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Terceirense F.C.'s Fabien Raillard was substituted for Gaspar Gouveia. 76 minutes into the match, Donovan Daval notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Zendium's Jan Jelm. Jan Jelm was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Donovan Daval could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Jan Jelm made a huge save. Máximo Laureano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bo Edström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Donovan Daval had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Reginaldo Silveira blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jan Jelm having to make a save. In the 95thth minute of the game Dick Bennet who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Terceirense F.C.'s Máximo Laureano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 95 minutes, Dick Bennet made it 1-5 with a short kick to the right side. Terceirense F.C.'s Máximo Laureano tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Terceirense F.C. played a much better game than Zendium and deserved their victory. The Zendium players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
