Wesselbend's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Fabian Gurgul fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jurgen Goris having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Wesselbend's Dan Van Hemel slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of 周克珂. That made the score 2-1 after 22 minutes of play. The nice shot from Everardo Huguet in the 29thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but 周克珂 had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Jurgen Goris showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabian Gurgul in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 38th minute Weronka Team were awarded a corner. Bogumil Seliga went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Weronka Team's corner Bogumil Seliga fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jurgen Goris quite easily take care of the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.
