Octav Cristea didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Recolta Alamor's Grigore Proca got control of the ball when Ionel Siniştean tried to sneak it across the goal line. Grigore Proca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 马广竞, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Ionel Siniştean could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Grigore Proca made a huge save. Mehran Utandıbalayev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Grigore Proca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rapid Bucharest's Beržas Lideika played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cyprian Rosen in the 38th minute of play. 马广竞 received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Grigore Proca came out and tried to block the shot, but 马广竞 slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 44th minute. Boguslaw Furgat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Grigore Proca having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ionel Siniştean to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Ionel Siniştean cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Grigore Proca was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the Recolta Alamor defense, Ionel Siniştean kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Grigore Proca. The Recolta Alamor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Grigore Proca should have stopped the shot. Damian Dean fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Beržas Lideika having to interfere. After 70 played minutes Rapid Bucharest got a freekick which was hit by Eliodor Iosifian. Recolta Alamor's Damian Dean couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 71st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Rapid Bucharest. Grigore Proca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ionel Siniştean in the 73rd minute of play. 78 minutes into the match, Ionel Siniştean had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Grigore Proca. Recolta Alamor's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ionel Siniştean was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. In the 81st minute Virgil Ţirpe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Grigore Proca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ionel Siniştean in the 87th minute of play forced Recolta Alamor's goalkeeper Grigore Proca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Recolta Alamor's Grigore Proca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Virgil Ţirpe in the 89th minute of play. 96 minutes into the match, Ionel Siniştean notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Recolta Alamor's Grigore Proca. Grigore Proca was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Rapid Bucharest had won after a very even match.
