Rondo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dave Panno was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After 10 minutes of play, Mamutes EC's Dave Panno made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Orestis Lazarou was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dave Panno scored 0-4 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Orestis Lazarou, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mamutes EC's Magno Correia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Mamutes EC from getting a goal against them. Dave Panno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Orestis Lazarou took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dave Panno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Mamutes EC's Lejf Snefog got a free kick in the 27th minute. In the 28th minute of the match Jurgen Winters shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Magno Correia showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 29th minute of the match Rondo got a corner. Mamutes EC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jurgen Winters ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Jurgen Winters almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Mamutes EC's Magno Correia did a great save. In the 32ndth minute of the game Dave Panno who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rondo's Orestis Lazarou was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Dave Panno notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Rondo's Orestis Lazarou. Orestis Lazarou was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Charly Rusterholz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rondo's Orestis Lazarou played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dave Panno in the 40th minute of play. A collision led to Mamutes EC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Amadeu Rocha hit a great ball. If Dave Panno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 52nd minute, Amadeu Rocha fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Orestis Lazarou, passed just outside the right post. Dave Panno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orestis Lazarou having to interfere. Dave Panno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Orestis Lazarou made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dave Panno in the 59th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jacco Hekman in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Magno Correia saved Mamutes EC from getting behind. Jurgen Winters took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 64th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Magno Correia. Mamutes EC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. With a little luck, Rondo's Orestis Lazarou got control of the ball when Dave Panno tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rondo's Franco Aznar was substituted for Jurgen Winters. Dave Panno struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Orestis Lazarou didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mamutes EC. Rondo's defense didn't have a chance, in the 82nd minute, when Dave Panno scored to the left of an out of position Orestis Lazarou, making the score, 0-6. Orestis Lazarou made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amadeu Rocha in the 86th minute of play. Dave Panno could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Orestis Lazarou made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdo Dantas in the 93rd minute of play forced Rondo's goalkeeper Orestis Lazarou to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Valdo Dantas in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Orestis Lazarou saved Rondo from getting behind. Roeland Hoogendorp tried in the 96th minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Orestis Lazarou a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 0-7. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Mamutes EC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
