A collision led to Tenderness getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Fryderyk Ledochowski hit a great ball. In the 9th minute of the match Adhemar Nóbrega shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but 汪强强 showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Adhemar Nóbrega managed to get in a good position for a shot. Uberlandia-DMZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Adhemar Nóbrega was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 汪强强 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 汪强强 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luiz Fabiano Trigo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Uberlandia-DMZ's zone, Abraham Baradi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zé Augusto Duarte came out of the goal and Abraham Baradi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Andrzej Dawiec fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zé Augusto Duarte having to interfere. 26 minutes into the match, Narciso Zonta had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of 汪强强. Tenderness's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Narciso Zonta was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Luiz Fabiano Trigo put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of 汪强强. Abraham Baradi's late challenge caught a Uberlandia-DMZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Abraham Baradi helped the player get up and apologised. Abraham Baradi kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. The Uberlandia-DMZ fans' excitement grew in the 41st match minute when Uberlandia-DMZ's Luiz Fabiano Trigo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Andrzej Dawiec had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Abraham Baradi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the game, Narciso Zonta was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Uberlandia-DMZ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tenderness the free kick. Zé Augusto Duarte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abraham Baradi in the 56th minute of the match. 汪强强 made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luiz Fabiano Trigo in the 58th minute. Tenderness's Abraham Baradi got his second yellow card of the match in the 68th minute. The referee ordered Abraham Baradi off the ground. The supporters of Uberlandia-DMZ booed when Tenderness was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abraham Baradi didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Tenderness's 蒋霆崇 got a free kick in the 88th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Uberlandia-DMZ eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
