But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zachary Snaza couldn't finish the play. Yalçın Erensoy made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zachary Snaza in the 7th minute. Lokman Sağlamtürk's late challenge caught a FC Ruscova's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lokman Sağlamtürk helped the player get up and apologised. With a little luck, Newells Old Boys's Yalçın Erensoy got control of the ball when Zachary Snaza tried to sneak it across the goal line. Zachary Snaza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yalçın Erensoy having to interfere. Newells Old Boys's Yalçın Erensoy proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Newells Old Boys from getting a goal against them. After 20 minutes Newells Old Boys's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Manuel Şoimu who took care of the corner kick. Pablo Mark sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 30 minutes into the match, Newells Old Boys's goalkeeper Yalçın Erensoy had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zachary Snaza. Yalçın Erensoy made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zachary Snaza in the 38th minute. 42 minutes into the game, Zachary Snaza cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Yalçın Erensoy was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

If Hulki Zaid had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 50th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Zachary Snaza managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Ruscova's supporters rose to their feet, but Zachary Snaza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yalçın Erensoy breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Lokman Sağlamtürk was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 57 minutes had been played. In the 58th match minute, Newells Old Boys was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lokman Sağlamtürk to maneuver through the defense. Yalçın Erensoy came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Ruscova's Zachary Snaza. But to his dismay, Zachary Snaza quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After 62 minutes of play, FC Ruscova's Marcu Iovan made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Yalçın Erensoy was left in no man's land by his defense there! Zachary Snaza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Yalçın Erensoy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yalçın Erensoy came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Ruscova's Zachary Snaza. But to his dismay, Zachary Snaza quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Semail Kılıçer hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. After 76 minutes of play, FC Ruscova's Zachary Snaza made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. FC Ruscova's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
