The audience thought a goal was coming when Aristides Domenec got free with Duda Berger in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Aristides Domenec could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Duda Berger made a huge save. Hortêncio Vander might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Charles-Antoine Carnevalli. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hortêncio Vander ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 15th minute, Hortêncio Vander made a precise shot to the right of Charles-Antoine Carnevalli. FC Vershina ESPN's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 17th match minute, FC Vershina ESPN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Shelton Cho to maneuver through the defense. 18 minutes into the match, FC Vershina ESPN's goal looked a bit too open when Hortêncio Vander came free, but Charles-Antoine Carnevalli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nada Pontual F.C's Duda Berger proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Nada Pontual F.C from getting a goal against them. Charles-Antoine Carnevalli came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Nada Pontual F.C's Hortêncio Vander. But to his dismay, Hortêncio Vander quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Hortêncio Vander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charles-Antoine Carnevalli having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Macit Buyrukalp to make the kick off. In the 55th minute Danko Fuchs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Duda Berger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Duda Berger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danko Fuchs in the 57th minute of play. 62 minutes into the game, Macit Buyrukalp cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Charles-Antoine Carnevalli was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Duda Berger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Danko Fuchs in the 65th minute of the match. When Nada Pontual F.C's Macit Buyrukalp in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Vershina ESPN's goalie prevented a goal. The corner ended in Bernabe Gomez almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC Vershina ESPN's Charles-Antoine Carnevalli did a great save. After 73 minutes of play, FC Vershina ESPN's Patrik Myr made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Duda Berger was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nada Pontual F.C's Cauã Ramos was substituted for Edgar Trigo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Danko Fuchs in the 78th minute of play forced Nada Pontual F.C's goalkeeper Duda Berger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Duda Berger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yu Ting Sang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 80th minute FC Vershina ESPN were awarded a corner. Danko Fuchs went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Danko Fuchs almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Nada Pontual F.C's Duda Berger did a great save. Charles-Antoine Carnevalli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Macit Buyrukalp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Nada Pontual F.C getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Ambrosio Boni hit a great ball. With a little luck, FC Vershina ESPN's Charles-Antoine Carnevalli got control of the ball when Adilson Romero tried to sneak it across the goal line. 97 minutes into the match, FC Vershina ESPN's goalkeeper Charles-Antoine Carnevalli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ambrosio Boni. The Nada Pontual F.C supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Nada Pontual F.C would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
