The audience was convinced that Carlos Bento's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Claudio Melani was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. NDVX's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Carlos Bento in the 15th minute. After taking down the ball on NDVX's corner Carlos Bento fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Claudio Melani quite easily take care of the ball. In the 15th minute, Fryderyk Debowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. NDVX's Du proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save NDVX from getting a goal against them. 18 minutes into the match, Casalingaperfetta's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Bento came free, but Claudio Melani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A hard shot 23 in the game by Aldo Ascani from a close distance when the talented Du managed to make a qualified save. NDVX's players were relieved. Claudio Melani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adam Harasimowicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Carlos Bento in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Claudio Melani saved Casalingaperfetta from getting behind. When NDVX's Carlos Bento in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Casalingaperfetta's goalie prevented a goal. In the 30th minute Carlos Bento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudio Melani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arrigo Ranalli made in the 35th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Aldo Ascani. NDVX's Du played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aldo Ascani in the 36th minute of play. Claudio Melani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Bento in the 37th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carlos Bento in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Claudio Melani prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 38th minute, Fausto Alberico hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 41st minute Carlos Bento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudio Melani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 44th minute of the match, Aldo Ascani tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Du saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Adam Harasimowicz made a kick off. Carlos Bento struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Claudio Melani didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for NDVX. Du showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fraser Barkley, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. If Adam Harasimowicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The NDVX fans' excitement grew in the 63rd match minute when NDVX's Carlos Bento looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 66 minutes into the match, Casalingaperfetta's goalkeeper Claudio Melani had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adam Harasimowicz. After having played for 70 minutes, Carlos Bento managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. NDVX's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carlos Bento was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 72 played minutes Casalingaperfetta got a freekick which was hit by Märt Pauk. In the 78th minute Carlos Bento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudio Melani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fraser Barkley made in the 80th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by NDVX's Dominik Pietrasz. Thanks to some nice moves Adam Harasimowicz could shoot a difficult shot in the 81st minute, which Claudio Melani however easily saved by the left post. NDVX's Adam Harasimowicz got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of NDVX booed when Casalingaperfetta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alberigo Genovese didn't get a good kick on the ball. 88 minutes into the match, NDVX's goal looked a bit too open when Aldo Ascani came free, but Du reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adam Harasimowicz's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 92ndth minute, Claudio Melani skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 93 played minutes NDVX got a freekick which was hit by Dominik Pietrasz. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aldo Ascani in the 95th minute of play forced NDVX's goalkeeper Du to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. NDVX's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
